All our parts are sourced from trusted UK suppliers and we will always endeavor to use genuine parts where available and economically viable but when these are not available we will use the best aftermarket parts available. Another cornerstone of our services is the quality of our workmanship – we will always ensure that all of your components will be returned to your phone when it is reassembled and try our hardest to replace any that previous repair companies have omitted like screws, cover plates and frames.
We are always honest and will advise you of your best possible resolution. On numerous occasions we have been asked to quote for a repair and have found that a repair through us is not the best option and going directly to the manufacturer, purchasing a replacement device or using a different repair service would be better options
We always recommend you do regular backups of your device but we do not remove any data from your device whilst we perform a repair. Neither do we need your passcode or password to access your device in most cases but if there is something we need to test before returning your device we may ask for it or ask you to assist in testing before sealing your equipment if you are uncomfortable in supplying us with access.
If we aren’t happy with the way that your device looks or performs we wouldn’t expect you to be happy so rest assured your device will always be looked after as if it was our own and returned to you with the love and care that you would hope for.
