iPhone, iPad and iPod Repair

Here at keepinguconnected.co.uk we pride ourselves on the quality of our parts. We always use premium quality, brand new parts when repairing your beloved iPhone but of course you do have the option to have a OEM refurbished screen so its an exact match to the original screen. All our parts are sourced directly from China using many of the components used in the original equipment and the manufacturers are hand picked by a team of quality control experts whom have visited and vetted each manufacturer. Another cornerstone of our services is the quality of our workmanship – we will always ensure that all of your components will be returned to your phone when it is reassembled and try our hardest to replace any that previous repair companies have omitted like screws, cover plates and frames.

Most iPhone repairs are completed within an hour if not quicker but we like to take our time and transfer all of your original equipment from your existing screen (where it is still functional) like home buttons (to retain Touch ID) and front facing cameras (to retain quality and FaceID).

iPad screen replacements are an overnight service as the touchscreen digitizers are actually glued into place with double sided adhesive tape so they are heat treated and clamped overnight to ensure this cures and gives you a high quality finish.

iPod repair timescales vary depending on the model as some are clipped and screwed together and others are held together with adhesives but we will advise you on this when we supply you with a quote for your repair.

We always recommend you do regular backups of your device but we do not remove any data from your device whilst we perform a repair. Neither do we need your passcode or password to access your device in most cases but if there is something we need to test before returning your device we may ask for it or ask you to assist in testing before sealing your equipment if you are uncomfortable in supplying us with access.

If we aren’t happy with the way that your device looks or performs we wouldn’t expect you to be happy so rest assured your device will always be looked after as if it was our own and returned to you with the love and care that you would hope for.
